Lane Field North Hotel Development

Lane Field Updated May 2014: Facts and dates to keep you informed

Lane Field parking: The existing lot will be divided in half. The North side will be developed according to the schedule details below. The South side is reserved for future development of a full service hotel which is currently unplanned. Until then, the South side will be remain a public parking lot.

Site size: 2.13 acres

Building: 18 stories; 185 feet above grade, 400 rooms.

Parking: Above ground for 400 cars; parking lot will be covered so cars will not be visible from above.

Art: Artwork will be commissioned along the parking structure wall facing Pacific Hwy.

Retail: There will 23,000 square feet of retail space.

Name: The hotel will be branded Marriott Springhill Suites and Residence Inn.

Setback: There will be a 150’ setback park facing Harbor Drive (except for the Navy parking area).

 

The hotel entrance will be aligned with C Street and will be a court entered from Pacific Hwy. The Court will be right turn in from southbound Pacific Hwy and right turn out onto southbound Pacific Hwy. A traffic signal will be added after development of the south land field hotel.
