Because I value your visit to SDCONDO I want to address any privacy concerns you may have. To that end, I have set forth my privacy policy for handling the information you share with me online. I want your decision to do business with me to be an informed one.

When you visit my website, I DO NOT collect information (IP Address, Email Address, Etc.) about you.

When you visit my website, I DO NOT collect data involving your usage through the use of “cookies” (i.e. small text files placed on your computer by a website).

When you visit my website, I DO NOT share any information with third-parties. Therefore, no third-party could possibly collect your personally identifiable information about online activity.

This website does not TRACK any aspect of your journey. I actually still do the site by hand, using technology from 1998, much before the way the Internet operates today. This website has no way to interact with your browser DNT signal. I have zero interest in profiling of your Internet habits and interests. I just want to be your San Diego Realtor.

When visiting my website, you may be directed, through hyperlinks, to other websites that are beyond my control.

I WILL NOT change my Privacy Policy, as to use cookies or collecting your information. However, if I were to, I will notify you of any changes by posting my updated Privacy Policy on my website and inserting a new “Effective Date.”
